Architectural Designer
for one of our clients . Location: Houston, Tx (Katy – Westside) Salary: $65K - $80K
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing residential and multi-Storey buildings, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainable architecture.
Experience: Lay-out framing plans Residential architectural design / custom home design / high-end apartments Draw and calculate gravity tributary loads and sized beams accordingly Calculate and design Wall Bracing plans for lateral wind loads Create and manage spreadsheets that increased production
Qualifications: 5-12yrs ~ architectural design talent Residential projects – apartments / high-end homes Proficient in 2D AutoCAD
