Role :- Labelling Designer Location :- Des Moines, IA Type :- Contract/FTE
Tools required: A e illustrator, SolidWorks, Dimension tool, A e Acrobat, and other A e Creative Suite applications.
Key Responsibilities: "
Design and create custom decals the products using A e Illustrator and SolidWorks tool. "
Utilize SolidWorks to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring decal designs are accurate and compatible with product dimensions and engineering requirements. "
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and production, to develop decal concepts and solutions. "
Ensure all designs adhere to Vermeer s quality standards and brand guidelines. "
Apply technical knowledge and engineering skills to design updates. "
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately reflect them in decal designs. "
Maintain organized files and documentation of design processes and revisions. "
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in decal design, engineering, and printing processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications: "
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. "
Proficiency in A e Illustrator, A e Creative Suite, Dimension tool, and SolidWorks. "
Strong graphic design skills with a focus on vector illustration and decal creation. "
Engineering background with the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications. "
Experience in designing decals or similar graphics for products or machinery is highly desirable. "
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise and accurate designs. "
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. "
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. "
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
