Job Duties Include:Analyze sales in order to promote the correct merchandiseCommunicate comments and ideas to improve product selectionPlan and organize the resources required for floor coordination and changesPrepare the store for the arrival of new productsPartner with the operations team for the reception of the merchandise, returns to the distribution center, stock replenishment, etc.Maintain all accessories and footwear displays and change mannequinsOrganize pilot stores and workshops to discover talent and train the teamAssist with customer service on the sales floorControl the sales budgetPropose action plans based on reportsManage all changes including furniture, wall structures, lighting, etc.Review and manage all window displaysAd hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:Fashion retail experienceExcellent customer service experienceAbility to work with a results-based approachExcellent analysis, prioritization, and organizational skillsArticulate with excellent communication, literacy, and numerate skillsStrong initiative & self-motivationStrong negotiation and conflict management skillsOpen/flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends and or holidaysPassion for the fashion industryAbility to lift up to 50lbs.
Salary:
$75k - $80k annually
