A manufacturing company in San Jose, CA is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. This role involves maintaining and updating company websites, designing promotional materials, managing e-commerce tasks, and engaging customers through newsletters and campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with experience in graphic design, e-commerce, and content creation.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 / year DOE

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to maintain and update company websites, ensuring compliance with California laws and industry regulations
• Design and prepare artwork for events, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Develop and distribute newsletters to engage a customer base of over 1,000 individuals
• Promote products and events through strategic marketing initiatives and creative campaigns
• Manage e-commerce-related tasks, ensuring that the online store for Faro pipes is updated and optimized
• Support overall business goals by providing marketing insights and strategies

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role
• Proven experience preparing artwork for events and promotional products
• Hands-on experience with newsletters and email marketing campaigns
• Some experience in e-commerce marketing
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong writing skills for newsletters and promotional content
• Ability to think strategically and execute tasks with attention to detail
