Founding Designer Responsibilities 

• Play a key role in shaping the patient and doctor experience on our platform. 
• Work side-by-side with product managers and engineers to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. 
• Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience designing user-centered digital products.
• Possess a strong and proven understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. 
• Proficient in using tools such as Figma and UXPilot. 
• Take a data-driven and user research informed approach to design decisions. 
• Experience in the consumer healthcare industry is a plus.
