Provide and incorporate feedback in a positive manner and push the boundaries to deliver engaging visuals for every player to enjoy. What You'll Do Create high quality game assets that are both effective and aesthetically pleasing. Find creative visual solutions to unique problems. Flexible and adapt to changes quickly and easily. Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques. Deliver files with the correct technical requirements. Creative excellence - Evaluate and contribute to the ongoing development of the production pipeline, modifying existing assets and designing new ones. Work effectively and efficiently with the art team, technical artists, game designers, and engineers. Maintain excellent file organization and follow established processes for asset creation & management, and output configuration. All other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Demo Reel Required Associates Degree or vocational certification preferred Experience in a production environment collaborating with development teams Self-driven, ability to work independently and be team-oriented Proficient in After Effects and Photoshop A good eye for design, composition, motion and timing Knowledge of storyboarding and video production Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Travel Expectations Up to 25% Pay Range $70,642 - $131,193 per year Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges.
