Overview
Lionsgate's Global Product and Experiences (GPE) team is seeking a Vice President, Design to help shape our physical and digital experiences, games and products in a visually compelling and innovative way. The VP of Design will report to the SVP, Production and Operations and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and excellence in brand creative and design.
Responsibilities
Define compelling and innovative product and experience design and strategy for Lionsgate IP that aligns with goals and brand identities Provide design direction and feedback for GPE projects and activations, including drawovers and illustrative art/creative direction Help distill the essence of Lionsgate IP into clear visual language across location based and live entertainment, consumer products, video game and other GPE projects Establish brand and worldbuilding guidelines and guardrails for GPE projects Develop style guides, art books, mood board, spec designs and mockups to assist partners and creative and marketing agencies Help facilitate the creative review and approvals process with internal and external stakeholders Direct partners and creative agencies, ensuring adherence to brand quality, expectations and guidelines Conduct site reviews to review and approve build progress, scenic installation, set dressing and other aspects of project development Create and/or art direct assets such as renderings, birds eye drawings, consumer product mockups, marketing materials, presentation materials and logos Qualifications and Skills
10+ years in Design with proven experience as a Creative Director and/or Art Director or similar leadership role, with a strong portfolio of creative projects Exceptional visual and creative design skills, including with tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc. Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams In-depth understanding of design principles, intellectual property frameworks and brand management Experience with developing style guides and creative asset creation Experience with onsite creative and art direction for project reviews at different points of a project life cycle About the Company

$190,000 - $210,000
