Currently, we’re working on Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet and are eager to find talented individuals to join us. We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join our studio and enhance our team’s capabilities. The right candidate will help define processes, requirements, and infrastructure that support our projects from inception to post-launch. You’ll have a significant impact on our workflows and help elevate our game production standards. On the game team, you’ll collaborate with leads and directors to understand their needs, improve communication, scheduling, and overall team well-being, all while helping us create innovative video games. Ideal Candidate:
Has a deep understanding of game development complexities, experience in building effective processes, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for making games. Empathy and support for the team are essential. Responsibilities include: Facilitating clear communication within pipelines Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and roadmaps Providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities Tracking dependencies and scope changes, communicating impacts Refining production processes for efficiency and quality Mentoring team members and providing leadership Collaborating with the tools team on software development Monitoring game status through play sessions and advising leadership Required Skills: Understanding of game development, software processes, and project management 3+ years supporting cross-functional teams in AAA game projects Experience with design and pipeline collaboration Proficiency in production methodologies and tools Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented Proactive, creative problem solver with leadership qualities For more information on data processing, refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice. Base pay range: $122,800 — $153,500 USD. Compensation varies based on experience, location, and hybrid work policies.
