What You'll Do
Partner with the core team to understand the overall game vision and requirements + communicate them across the studio and partnersAnticipate risks & put plans of action in place to overcome themSync up with the Design Lead and Art Lead on progress and momentum + follow up on and open Jira tasksLook for opportunities to improve and evolve our processes, methods, and practicesSupport the design process to help ensure the features effectively support the product pillars and visionEnsure the creation and oversight of project documentation, testing, and processesProvide input and support to all processes, methods, and tools that optimize team performanceDevelop and handle relationships with external partnersAssist in the management, tracking, and approvals of game assetsProvide clear and timely feedback to build reviews on multiple projects running concurrentlyProject research, gathering information and knowledge from available resourcesActive involvement in the creative side of the job by pitching ideas, helping to develop concept briefs, and suggesting improvementsDocumentation gathering for reviews, including items like team feedback and gameplay videosResponsible for ad-hoc presentation materials that highlight our games for various internal and external reviews
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in the gaming industryCasino gaming experience preferredAdobe Photoshop and Unity knowledge preferredExperience working with a licensor a plusProven understanding of game production and the assets involvedAbility to collaborate in a global, diverse, and fast-paced environment, across multiple time zonesProven record of being able to build consensus and drive resultsDemonstrable experience in team-building and collaborative leadershipPassion for gaming!Creative and innovative in thinkingConscientious and considerate in approachWhy Aristocrat?

SalaryOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
