Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains good resident relations and the ability to respond to resident concerns
- Implement effective resident retention programs, such as move-in and service follow up
- Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent
- Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices
- Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers
- Prepare paperwork for move-ins in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with TAA contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
