This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Community Manager located in Woodland Hills, CA. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for assisting in daily community management tasks, handling resident inquiries, organizing community events, and supporting the Community Manager in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in property management or real estate a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Knowledge of HOA regulations and community management practices a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
