Solaris HealthCare is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development-
Develop and implement comprehensive marketingstrategies to increase awareness and drive occupancy of the facility.Conduct market research to identify trends, targetaudiences, and competitive landscape. Brand Management-
Enhance and maintain the facility's brand image throughconsistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company'smission and values. Digital Marketing-
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including websitemanagement, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.Analyze digital metrics to optimize online presence andengagement. Community Outreach-
Build and maintain relationships with communitypartners, referral sources, and local organizations.Organize and participate in community events, healthfairs, and other outreach activities. Content Creation-
Develop engaging content for various platformsincluding blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.Collaborate with the clinical team to produceeducational content that highlights the facility's expertise and services.Advertising and Promotions-
Plan and execute advertising campaigns across variousmedia channels.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketingcampaigns to ensure ROI.Leadership and Collaboration-
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering acollaborative and innovative work environment.Work closely with the admissions, clinical, andadministrative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care settingProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategiesStrong understanding of digital marketing tools and analyticsExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
