Position Purpose:
The Influencer Marketing Manager reports to the Vice President of Innovation, Marketing and Consumer Engagement. This position focuses on effectively managing relationships with Instagram and TikTok-focused influencers, executing strategic campaigns, and contributing to the brand's awareness growth and engagement. This position is located in Los Angeles and will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
Key Accountabilities:
Discover and establish relationships with new organic influencers while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing influencers to build authentic brand love.Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives, focusing on both organic and paid influencers to maximize reach and engagement.Negotiate contracts and manage agreements with larger paid influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.Collaborate with influencers to develop creative and engaging content that resonates with target audience and drives brand awareness and product adoption.Strategically seed products to targeted influencers to generate authentic content and organic buzz.Lead influencer community management efforts to foster engagement and loyalty among influencers and their followers.Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics from tools like Tribe Dynamics and KPIs to measure success and inform future strategies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to ensure the brand remains relevant.Work closely with internal teams, including social media, omnichannel marketing, PR, and creative, to ensure influencer strategies align with overall brand goals and marketing initiatives.Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position where the employee will work from a Los Angeles-based office at a minimum of 3 days per week.

Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills Abilities:
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok and the influencer landscape.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain influencers relationships.Proficiency in using and analyzing data from influencer marketing platforms such as Tribe Dynamics to measure influencer campaign success.Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Strong negotiation skills for managing paid influencer collaborations.Team oriented with a can-do attitudeEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required5+ years of proven experience in in managing influencer relationships and executing influencer marketing strategies on Instagram and TikTok, within the beauty or consumer packaged goods industry
