I am seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented assistant to help deliver an exceptional experience to my clients, ensuring every session runs smoothly and meets the highest artistic standards. Working with couples and families mostly in the studio and some outdoors. Be part of a growing studio with plans to expand into a larger space, offering even more creative opportunities.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about the beauty of old-world artistry, storytelling through portraiture, and creating an unforgettable client experience? You will play a critical role in the operation of our fine art portrait studio.

I'm seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and highly communicative assistant to support client sessions, assist with wardrobe styling, and help maintain a seamless luxury experience.

What You’ll Do:

1. Client Experience & Support – Welcome clients, ensure their comfort and assist with posing for a relaxed and confident session.
2. Wardrobe & Styling Assistance – Help clients select and adjust outfits, ensuring a polished and elegant aesthetic.
3. Photography Session Support – Assist with lighting adjustments, props, and scene setup to enhance the artistic vision.
4. Studio Organization & Scheduling – Manage bookings, client follow-ups, and keep the space well-prepared.
5. Marketing & Social Media – Capture behind-the-scenes content and assist with social media engagement.
6. Fine Art Product Assistance – Guide clients in selecting wall art, albums, and heirloom prints to preserve their portraits beautifully.

Are You:

1. A Natural Communicator – Warm, professional, and able to make clients feel at ease.
2. Detail-Oriented & Organized – You notice small things that elevate a portrait, from wardrobe adjustments to lighting nuances.
3. Aesthetic & Style-Savvy – Experience in photography, fashion, or styling is a plus.
4. Tech-Savvy & Social Media Friendly – Comfortable using booking systems, email, and platforms like Instagram & Pinterest.
5. Professional & Discreet – You respect the artistry and privacy of high-end client experiences.
6. Flexible & Reliable – Available for occasional weekends or evenings when needed.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in photography, fashion, visual arts, or luxury client service who wants to work in a creative, artistic, story-driven studio.
