Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential communities, managing budgets, coordinating community events, fostering positive relationships with residents, addressing resident concerns, maintaining property standards, and collaborating with maintenance teams. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Community Management and Property Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively
- Problem-solving skills and ability to address resident concerns promptly
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance and other teams
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area is a plus
