Job Title : Assistant/Associate Professor of Marketing (Tenure Track)

Job Description : The Ohio University Department of Marketing in the College of Business invites applications for one full-time, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Marketing. This position is in-person on campus in beautiful Athens, Ohio. The appointment is set to begin August 16, 2024.
The position is for a student-centered, innovative faculty member with a desire to take on a leadership role within the College, experience engaging and leading student organizations, and a strong interest in teaching in the areas of consumer behavior, marketing management, and digital marketing. This position is seeking candidates for a Consumer Behavior focused researcher, and not in the area of Sales or Modeling. Additionally, only candidates who will hold a PhD in hand by the start date (August 16, 2024) will be considered.
This position will typically have a five-course (15 credit hours) teaching load over Fall and Spring semesters. Salaries for the appointment are competitive based on AACSB statistics and the candidate’s credentials and record of success.
Minimum Qualifications : Applicants must have in hand a Ph.D. in Marketing from an accredited program by start date, August 16, 2024.
