Position Overview: As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team to lead and execute innovative client acquisition strategies and drive client growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process and develop customer acquisition strategies following the 6-Cs framework and aligning to client objectives and priorities.
- Oversee on-page messaging strategy, incorporating a problem/solution framework and adhering to UX best practices to optimize conversions.
- Lead monthly client Reporting & Analytics discussions and QBRs in conjunction with the search team, developing and presenting performance analysis and actionable insights.
- Review monthly spend reporting with the activation team and develop recommendations to meet client objectives and maximize ROI.
- Nurture and develop Digital Marketing Specialist talent, fostering a positive team environment.
- Identify ways to deliver the unfair advantage for each client and showcase success.
- Collaborate with clients on business priorities and strategic opportunities.
- Share client input and updates with the internal team to ensure alignment.
- Lead discussions on sales processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Develop campaign and content briefs, ensuring effective execution.
- Review and approve all work to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Establish communication protocols with clients regarding inquiries, updates, and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition, demand generation, or similar roles within B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation strategies and tactics.
- Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in content strategy and UX best practices.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
