Rails seeks a Men's Marketing Manager to oversee and elevate our brand's presence, drive growth, and engage with our target audience. This candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's trajectory in the contemporary and lifestyle sector.
Qualifications
:
3-5 years of experience in a men's marketing role within the contemporary or lifestyle space
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and strategies
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and consumer feedback
Experience in budget management
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
High attention to detail in curating brand representation
Familiarity with PR and media relations
Passion for contemporary men's fashion and lifestyle brands
Responsibilities
:
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand management strategy that focuses on growing consumer awareness within the men's fashion sector
Utilize your knowledge of digital marketing channels to drive Rails' online presence and engagement
Analyze market trends, consumer feedback, and industry insights to recommend changes and innovations to marketing strategies
Monitor Rails' representation across online platforms, in-store, and in print, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image
Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all marketing efforts
