Purpose of Role
We are searching for a Associate Desiger, MFO to focus on and elevate UA Apparel. The Associate Desiger, MFO will assist with bringing the vision of the Brand to life through innovative, trend-right, and Brand-right designs that are cutting-edge and fresh. The Associate Designer will synergize with other designers, product managers and developers. We are an authentic brand that pushes the envelope every day; innovation is a key part of our success. We are looking for an Associate Designer who is willing to learn and develop a strong point of view built on inspirations and ideas to create compelling and fresh product coveted by athletes everywhere. Your Impact
Support the Design Team on essential tasks to ensure we deliver design POV under aggressive timelines
Develop and execute clear and detailed technical kits for development
Manage merchandising page and own color management of the line
Build presentation files
Build and continually improve sports competency across all categories
Interact cross-functionally with PLM’s, tech design, merchandising, and other design teammates.
Qualifications

0-1 years of Design experience preferred (internships count)
BA or BFA in Apparel, Graphic, or Industrial Design preferred not required.
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Fast, efficient, nimble, accountable; comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a great deal of constructive feedback and input.
Workplace Location
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, Maryland office.
Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation
$49,016.00 - $67,397.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
