8-10 years of related work experience. Experience with a variety of UX and design software used to create launch-ready digital assets. Working knowledge of commonly used rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Webflow). Strong communication skills. Presents reasoning, evidence, and conclusions clearly and concisely. Structures arguments in a coherent manner. Possesses working knowledge of a broad range of technical considerations related to delivering launch-ready digital assets. Capable of drawing well-reasoned conclusions from evidence and logic. Assesses the strength of arguments and identifies potential consequences. Proficiency in understanding and explaining the meaning of data, arguments, and information. Recognizes underlying assumptions and implications. Ability to assess the credibility and relevance of sources, information, and arguments. Distinguishes between fact and opinion, and identifies biases or logical fallacies. Ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns and relationships, and break down problems into manageable parts. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS. Experience with JS frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Vue) considered a plus. Experience working within WCAG guidelines considered a plus. Strong conceptual skills. Capable of drawing well-reasoned conclusions from evidence and reasoning. Assesses the strength of arguments and identifies potential consequences. 2-3 years’ experience managing others. Understands and extracts meaning from data, arguments, and information. Recognizes underlying assumptions and implications.
