The Woods at Cedar Run is part of
IntegraCare , manager of Senior Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. $21.00 - $22.00 per hour + Monthly marketing bonuses Responsibilities include: Provides administrative and marketing support to the Directors of the department, including data entry, follow up with tours and inquiries, and emails. Assists with reports as needed. Assists the directors in coordinating new Resident Move-ins by preparing admission contracts and documents. Audits Residents' business records for proper documentation and signatures. Assists with phone blitzes for personal invitations to community events. Prepares mailings and marketing collateral packages. Verifies model rooms are ready for a tour. Qualifications include: One to two years experience in sales or marketing: business to business or to general public, i.e., retail sales required. A high school diploma or GED is required. A bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Marketing or Business Administration or related field is preferred. Valid driver’s license preferred.
