We specialize in high-impact video and display ads across mobile, app, desktop, CTV, and influencer marketing, offering shoppable ad units, targeting shoppers by retail affinity and location, connecting in-store behavior with online intent, and focusing on ROI. About the Role
This position focuses on building relationships within the shopper marketing and advertising industry. The ideal candidate will drive revenue by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships. Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong connections with shopper marketing agencies and CPG brands. Build and manage a sales pipeline, tracking client relationships and opportunities. Identify new business prospects and expand existing advertiser partnerships. Collaborate internally to strategize and execute campaigns. Work with sales development reps to generate leads and secure meetings. Contribute to marketing initiatives and provide insights for product innovation. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets. Pitch company products via presentations and lunch and learns. Qualifications
Minimum 4 years in digital media adtech sales focused on shopper marketing with a strong performance record. Strong relationships with CPG brands and shopper marketing agencies. Experience selling shopper marketing ad solutions in an adtech or digital company. Required Skills
Passion for digital media and advertising technology. High professionalism and integrity. Enjoy networking and fostering client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, work under deadlines, and demonstrate urgency. Proven sales success, including acquiring new business and exceeding targets. Pay range $130-$170k base + Commission *Depending on experience
