Gallery Media Group includes women’s lifestyle brand PureWow and a collection of social-first media brands, such as @cocktails, @moms, @recipes and @ballplayers on Instagram and TikTok that reach over 200M consumers. Additionally, GMG has an expansive experiential arm rooted in Gallery Houses—a fusion of social content, creators and cultural moments at scale—as well as a robust influencer marketing business.
The company was founded in 2010 by CEO, Ryan Harwood and is now part of VaynerX, the Gary Vaynerchuk-owned holding company.
We are seeking a Manager on our Paid Mediateam in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign management for assigned programs. This includes: set up, pacing and performance optimizations, budgeting, reporting troubleshooting, and ongoing generation of actionable insights.
- Support junior team members through campaign management (pacing, budget optimization, troubleshooting & insights). Escalate potential issues to management when necessary.
- Deliver comprehensive client-facing reports that highlight campaign performance, new opportunities, and key metrics through pacing updates, campaign builds, ad-hoc analyses, and optimizations on a regular basis.
- Build and strengthen relationships with other departments, continuously improving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring campaign success.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership on critical campaign developments and ensure they are informed of any urgent matters that could impact client deliverables.
- Own the creation of overall Paid Media performance and learnings, sharing with key stakeholders on a monthly basis (Monthly Paid Newsletter).
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support overall team goals and drive successful outcomes across all initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of industry experience working in-platform with a proven track record of executing sophisticated, large scale digital media programs that drove tangible business outcomes
- Passion for mentoring, learning, creative problem solving, and research
- Extensive experience executing paid campaigns across a variety of social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
- Experience with social measurement tools, including third party brand lift studies
- Innate curiosity and ability to adapt + be flexible, whether with new tools, platforms, processes, etc.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience in managing performance marketing goals across full-funnel activation setting
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Knowledge of different ad formats and monetization strategies
- An individual who demonstrates the ability to navigate a portfolio of brands within a larger business group, gain an understanding of their unique company architectures, to build and strengthen relationships media strategy
