Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communications strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and business goals. Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels. Lead the development of press releases, media materials, executive speeches, and other communications content. Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to maximize positive media coverage. Oversee the creation and distribution of internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged, including newsletters, intranet content, and company-wide announcements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, investor relations, and regulatory affairs, to ensure cohesive and aligned communications. Support crisis communications efforts, preparing and executing plans to manage and mitigate potential issues. Monitor media coverage and public perceptions, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management. Ensure all communications adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, including FDA and EMA guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful corporate communications strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences. Strong media relations skills and experience managing relationships with key media contacts. Ability to think strategically and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with digital communications, social media, and content management systems. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
