Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure assets and campaign proofs delivered are accurate and delivered in timely fashion to meet campaign deadlines
Provide concise and timely project milestones to business partners & stakeholders
Work cross functionally to manage audience segmentation across eCommerce and retail
Analyze marketing plans and generate forecasts that coincide with channel goals
Compile performance of email campaigns against benchmarks and present email campaign results and KPIs to key stakeholders, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities
Manage a team of marketing associates specialized in email campaign building, QA, scheduling and execution.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: 5 years of experience in email marketing
3 years of experience with enterprise ESPs
1-3 years of experience managing a team
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI experience a plus
Experience using analytics tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics
Exceptional project management skills and familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Asana).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and appropriately prioritize
Superior attention to detail and experience conducting extensive campaign Q&A
Ability to collaborate across functions in fast paced organization
Understanding of DTC marketing concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with excellent troubleshooting skills
