We are seeking a dynamic, experienced individual to join as a Digital Design Director, with a strong focus on management creative advancement and strategic vision to lead our Ecommerce creative team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience collaborating across various departments, and the ability to conceptualize and execute an elevated creative vision.
Responsibilities:
- Own, maintain, and further elevate the visual brand strategy across all digital touchpoints.
- Establish company digital creative standards and consistency and roll them out to the digital creative team and overall digital division.
- Conceptualize and manage the execution of campaigns, leading the creation of strong design solutions across various branded materials, including but not limited to: digital assets (web assets, ads, and banners), video content, direct mailers, and presentations.
- Approach projects with a focus on UX, revenue generation, and customer experience.
- Define creative submission and approval processes across a variety of internal and external collaborators.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and Ecommerce for direction and testing.
- Incorporate A/B test scenarios when applicable.
- Ensure that all produced creative meets requirements for a variety of placements, including but not limited to: correct dimensions, resolution, format, and die-lines.
- Organize and maintain projects and digital archives.
- Keep up with current and upcoming trends within the industry, pushing out-of-the-box creative thinking.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant design work experience or in a related field, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role; experience in Ecommerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Collaborative spirit and mastery of the creative process, with the ability to guide both the team and key stakeholders through all stages of design.
- Proven ability to merge brand creative with performance goals to produce high-quality assets that drive results.
- Proficiency in digital design software (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.).
- Experience managing design teams, with a focus on collaboration and professional development.
