This role is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in Chicago.
Responsibilities
The Day One Integrated Production team is the backbone of all we do. Integrated Producers are the lieutenants of the team being equal parts project management, client liaison, and content producer. This team is highly organized and works alongside all departments. They know what everyone on their teams need to be successful; all while proactively troubleshooting across all departments so deliverables are met in a timely manner.

- Strategic Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and proposals, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipates challenges and navigates them effectively to maintain project momentum and client trust.
In this role, you will:
- Make things happen and drive the work forward.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the Brand lead to identify client needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Lead the charge in presenting and pitching integrated ideas.
- Guide clients through the creative development process.
- Serve as an internal and external strategic advisor during project planning.
- Empower integrated teams to successfully deliver integrated creative projects.
- Foster a collaborative environment where cross-disciplinary teams can contribute to client strategies.
- Partner with Studio Producer to ensure seamless integration with team for creative deliverables.
- Lead creative feedback communications with clients and internal teams.
- Track and triage deliverables, budgets, and project overlap.
- Develop scope components including timing, resources, and costs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in integrated production, or similar field.
- Experience structuring and managing integrated, multi-track projects for multiple clients.
- Experience in managing high-level client relationships and leading integrated creative projects.
- Experience leading the development and tracking of integrated project plans.
- Experience in the project management of creative assets.
- Strong, persuasive, creative presentation skills.
- Photo and video shoot experience.
- Experience assessing and managing risk across multiple projects.
- Experience partnering with other project discipline leads.
- Experience building and structuring project teams.
- Experience documenting and reporting project progress.
- A track record of successfully translating business challenges into impactful creative solutions.
- Experience working in a creative agency setting.
- Consistently informed about industry-relevant AI trends, tools, and applications.
- Bachelor's Degree.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $105,000-125,000. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
