We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for Cynosure Lutronic’s portfolio of products and services in North America. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategic marketing plans, drive product positioning, and enhance brand awareness in a rapidly evolving market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in product launches, market research, and customer engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our medical aesthetics portfolio that align with business goals and market trends. Market and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends. Utilize data-driven insights to inform product positioning and messaging. Product Launches:
Lead the planning and execution of successful product launches, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and resource allocation. Create launch materials and oversee the development of promotional campaigns. Brand Management:
Drive brand awareness and loyalty by creating compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, social media content, and educational materials. Sales Enablement:
Develop and deliver best-in-class sales enablement content to boost sales productivity and ability to effectively position and sell our products and services. In partnership with the sales team and sales training, be the product expert that supports sales training and product knowledge. KOL and Customer Engagement:
As this is a medical space, you will have a pivotal role in managing KOL relationships for the purpose of delivering peer to peer education, executing strategic activities at medical conferences, and facilitating sales and marketing events. You will also develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build relationships with other industry professionals, and end-users in the medical aesthetics space. Performance Tracking:
Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and sales data to assess ROI, refine strategies, and report results to senior management. Qualifications Education Specific area of study: Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical aesthetics industries.
Skills Must be adept at prioritizing work and managing competing priorities effectively; effective project management skills are a must in this role. Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to walk the line between technical product knowledge and effective marketing positioning and messaging. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical aesthetics field is a plus.
