This provides a strategic roadmap, enabling informed decisions efficiently.Take command of the executive's inboxes, maintaining meticulous organization, timely responses in their voice, and flagging only the most pertinent matters. This results in a decluttered and efficiently managed communication channel.Skillfully coordinate with clients, partners, and the internal team for meetings and communication, fostering key relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration.Efficiently manage task lists, organizing and prioritizing meetings and responsibilities to save valuable time and mental bandwidth. Who You AreYou have 2+ years of experience as an assistant to a C Suite Executive.You have previously managed an inbox and calendar for a CEO and/or Executive.You have managed communications on social media on behalf of a CEO and/or Executive.You are extremely organized and have a keen eye for detail.You have a basic understanding of digital marketing and online business operations.You are highly proficient in using G Suite tools - in particular Gmail, Docs, Drive and Calendar.You have no issues picking up new softwares and adapting to new processes.You are a self-starter and are able to motivate yourself without others’ guidance.You're fluent in English, both written and verbal.
