What You Drive at DTNA Market complex products by describing detailed product specifications, functionality and Value proposition. Develop technical content- marketing materials (white papers, technical feature check-lists, in-depth specifications, training videos, blog posts, etc.). Collaborate across departments to ensure completion of go to market efforts for new and existing CSG products Develop Segment based marketing material based on features & benefits of products catering to requirements of specific segments. Create segment specific marketing message with value proposition. Work with Truck product segment managers to have CSG products marketing story synced with truck marketing messaging Partners with marketing promotion communication lead to provide inputs for development of promotional materials hosted on the company website and relevant industry/product enthusiast media channels (e.g., social media, periodicals, websites, etc.) and shape up marketing campaign and messaging Work closely with training team to ensure latest product inputs to sales training team. Train the trainers and , create the training material for users. Prepare the webinar content and carry out the webinar presentations. Run the marketing cadence between CSG , Truck marketing, training, brands teams to drive the go to market action points to be executed for new and existing products. Liaison with DTNA marketing counterparts for product marketing support and communications and act as voice of CSG into DTNA marketing. Reporting out on set frequency to CSG leadership and truck Marketing leadership forums. Represent CSG in GTM days & marketing managers meetings , marketing JAD. Represent CSG in trade shows. Monitor reactions to product and marketing messaging after launch to carry out future enhancements to marketing campaigns Knowledge You Should Bring
Require a Bachelor's degree with focus in Product Marketing Require 4-6 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Product & industry knowledge: Product Understanding , familiarity with the technical details, features and benefits & Key buyer personas for CSG products & solutions Marketing messaging creation knowledge: Value Proposition Development to Craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging that highlights the value of your product to different audiences Content Creation: Write and create content tailored for different audiences, such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars Cross functional collaboration ability Support sales teams with training, playbooks, pitch decks, and demo scripts to ensure they can effectively communicate the product's value. Working with Product Teams to Collaborate closely with product managers, to align technical details with customer needs Engage with dealers via webinars, demos, or events to gather insights and build relationships Project Management proficiency: Organizational Skills to Coordinate multiple campaigns and product launches while meeting deadlines.
