This is a full-time, in-person role based at our offices in Louisville, Kentucky .
Creative Producer
We’re looking for a dedicated , detail-oriented , and innovative Creative Producer to join our marketing team. This role requires experience in all aspects of video and photo production—from concept development to final distribution.
As part of our highly creative and multi-talented team, you’ll contribute to producing exceptional multimedia experiences for a network of interconnected education brands. Your work will help shape some of the highest-quality video and photo content in our industry.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Lift and carry production equipment
Qualifications & Skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, teams, and talent.
- Ability to accept feedback and iterate on creative work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in developing and translating ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Proficient in video production (cameras, lighting, audio, directing talent, etc.)
- Comfortable with photography (camera settings, lighting, composition, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of video and photo editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Skilled in color grading, motion graphics, and animation.
- Strong understanding of file management, media storage, and organization.
- Understanding of technical standards and online content optimization.
- Familiar with social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing strategies.
