Duties and responsibilities include:
- Operate, test, improve, set up, maintain, and regularly inspect all audio equipment prior to and during live services and events.
- Liaise with Teaching Pastor or Campus Pastor to accommodate any feedback and make any adjustments as needed.
- Liaise with Worship Team (live band, worship leaders, backup singers, etc.) to ensure proper testing and readiness for live performance and provide support during live services/events.
- Adjust sound levels and EQ as needed during live services/events.
- Coordinate with visual, computer graphics, and lighting teams to ensure all are in sync.
- Flexibility is vital for this role.
- Ideal candidate may be expected to be on-call, work evenings, weekends, and late hours as needed.
- Very Strong interpersonal skills—the ability to work with various individuals.
- Degree in Audio Engineering and/or Audio Production (or related field) is preferred, though not required and experience and coachability will be considered
- Experience with digital consoles, Studio One /Ableton, and Dante audio networking a strong plus.
