Responsibilities:
- Create engaging visual content that communicates our brand message.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop and execute design concepts across multiple channels, including the web, social media, email, and print.
- Conceptualize and design videos, animations, and graphics that are visually stunning and help to drive engagement.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity and style guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we are constantly innovating and improving our designs.
- Well-versed with AI use in design and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (not mandatory)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
- Understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver on their design needs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Creativity: Ability to generate original ideas and visually communicate concepts effectively.
- Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and visually, to collaborate with team members and understand client requirements.

- Color Theory: Understanding of color psychology, color schemes, and color usage to evoke desired emotions and enhance design aesthetics.
- Layout and Composition: Ability to arrange visual elements effectively within a design layout, considering balance, proportion, and visual flow.
- Image Editing: Skills in photo editing and manipulation techniques to enhance images and create visually impactful graphics.
- Illustration: Ability to create custom illustrations and vector graphics to complement design concepts and narratives.
- Print Design: Familiarity with print design principles and requirements for various print materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards.
- Digital Design: Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX fundamentals for designing digital interfaces, websites, and mobile apps.
- Branding and Identity: Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to develop cohesive visual identities across different marketing collateral.
