Job Title: Content Creator/Social Media Manager
Location: Chicago, IL
Position Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: $21 per hour, approximately 15 hours per week

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Content Creator/Social Media Manager based in Chicago to join our team. This role involves developing and executing content strategies for our diverse clientele, managing social media platforms, and performing administrative tasks to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop original multimedia content (images, videos, graphics) tailored to each client's brand and target audience.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage clients' social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to create and implement effective social media strategies that align with their business objectives.
- Content Calendar Planning: Design and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of posts across various platforms.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as client communications, reporting, and coordination of content approval processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and associated tools.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
