Their work emphasizes constructability, cost-efficiency, and design-forward thinking. Position Summary: We are hiring MEP Designers with 3–15+ years of experience in system layout and documentation. Designers will support or lead the preparation of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing plans for commercial buildings, ensuring technical accuracy and code compliance throughout the design process. Senior-level candidates will guide project documentation, resolve complex design coordination challenges, and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities: Draft and develop mechanical, electrical, or plumbing system drawings using Revit and AutoCAD Assist with or lead coordination of design documents across disciplines Translate markups, sketches, and engineer input into fully developed construction drawings Research codes, products, and systems to support design development Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and construction administration Mentor junior designers and provide redline oversight (senior level) Qualifications: 3–15+ years of experience in MEP design (mechanical, electrical, or plumbing) Advanced proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD Experience working on commercial, healthcare, or institutional building projects Familiarity with applicable codes, construction documentation standards, and coordination best practices Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Seniority level
