We’re looking for a detail-driven, production-savvy Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced team specializing in large-format graphics for trade shows, exhibits, and signage. You’ll be responsible for building proof sheets, prepping files for print, and collaborating with designers to deliver professional, high-quality visual work.

This role requires fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), an understanding of print production standards, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proof sheets using approved InDesign templates, including CAD-based structural mockups.
• Work with client-supplied print-ready files to preflight and prepare for internal review.
• Create or modify large-format graphics in Illustrator, ensuring accuracy in sizing, resolution, and color mode.
• Organize and label files according to internal naming conventions and LVE standards.
• Share and receive packaged Adobe files for collaborative review and proofing.
• Ensure all artwork meets professional pre-press standards: embedded fonts, high-res images, CMYK setup, proper bleed, etc.
• Assist in packaging and delivering final files to production or client teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a graphic design or pre-press production role (trade show or signage experience preferred)
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of print production requirements, including color space, resolution, bleed, and file packaging
• Familiarity with Acrobat Pro’s Preflight tools and file review process
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to follow internal SOPs, templates, and style guidelines precisely

Desired Skills (Not Required)

• Experience collaborating across Mac and PC platforms
• Experience with CAD detail drawings or integrating them into Illustrator mockups
• Familiarity with 3D structural mockups or trade show fabrication
• Previous experience working in signage, large-format print, or exhibit design
