Lincoln Delivery Driver and Automotive Photography Assistant

Cortese Auto Dealership Group is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic full-time individual with great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills to join our team in a dual role as a Lincoln Vehicle Pick-Up & Delivery Driver and Automotive Photography Assistant. This unique opportunity involves spending approximately 50% of your time on each set of responsibilities, offering a dynamic and engaging work experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Picking up and delivering customer Lincoln vehicles to and from their homes, workplaces, or other locations after service.
• Providing exceptional customer service by representing the dealership professionally during vehicle pick-up and delivery.
• Ensuring all vehicles are handled with care and returned in excellent condition.
• Communicating with the service team and customers regarding vehicle status and estimated delivery times.
• Adhering to all traffic laws and dealership safety procedures.

• Locating, procuring, and preparing vehicles throughout the dealership for photography and video.
• Removing snow/water from vehicles and preparing them for photography.
• Assisting in the digital processing of vehicles as needed.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the photo studio area and equipment.

Requirements:

• Must be highly organized and energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Must have a valid NYS driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have good cleaning skills, the ability to follow instructions, and an eye for detail.
• Must be able to drive a variety of vehicles safely, including luxury models.
• Must be able to cope with Rochester weather as most of the photography work is outdoors in all weather conditions and you must be able to spend most of the workday on your feet.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Must pass a standard drug screening.
