IMKO is recruiting an Automotive Service Writer!! This position is a Full-Time permanent position with our local client in Sioux City. Automotive Service Writers assist customers with their vehicle repair needs. This position requires outstanding customer service, providing customers with accurate updates on the vehicle repair progress and processing transactions once repairs are completed.
Automotive Service Writer Responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to:
- Schedule repair appointments
- Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
- Educate clients about the company’s products, services and offers.
- Schedule appointments, take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process payments.
- Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff.
- Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances.
- Record customer details and transactions.
- Serve as a customer relationship manager.
- Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization.
What you will make as an Automotive Service Writer:
Pay $18-$20 DOE
Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am – Done
