Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Senior Event Marketing Coordinator to support strategic marketing and branding campaigns with a heavy focus on regional event planning and execution across practice groups (conferences, branding events, sponsorships, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Support strategic marketing and branding campaigns with a heavy focus on regional event planning and execution across practice groups (conferences, branding events, sponsorships, etc.)
- Coordinate and manage regional practice development sponsorships
- Work closely with partners and regional leadership oversee all client-facing marketing initiatives
- Support the development and execution of all regional marketing activities
- Manage regional event attendance, advertising coordination and branding
- Evaluate ROI for regional marketing and event initiatives
- Work with regional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, vendor invoicing and expense management
- Assist with regional internal communications
- Monitor competitive developments in the region
- Assist with public relations and other firm-wide initiatives as needed
- Assist with special projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of event marketing or strategic marketing experience in large matrixed legal, professional services or corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing client-facing events including event attendance, RSVPs, ROI measurement, advertising and branding
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little supervision
- Creative problem solver with strong project management skills
- Ability to work with senior leadership and prioritize multiple deliverables
