for one of our top tech clients! Location:
Remote within US Pay:
$100-120/hour DOE Schedule:
8am - 5:00pm PST, Monday - Friday Contract Duration:
March - December 2025 Responsibilities
Lead understanding work and GTM strategy and execution for key products in our lead generation product portfolio Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Research, Communications, and Marketing Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to bring innovative advertising experiences to market Conduct foundational analysis to identify market needs by segment, opportunity sizing, and identifying unmet needs via discussions with internal and external stakeholders Represent the advertiser perspective and run alpha and beta testing processes Create go-to-market strategy with advertiser value proposition messaging, marketplace positioning, and supportive external facing enablement and proof points Guide a team of Product Marketers focused on both inbound and outbound product marketing Mentor and coach high-performing team members Requirements
BA/BS degree 10+ years of experience working in a product management, product marketing, management consulting, or equivalent function Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment Proven experience mentoring and/or managing high performers Digital advertising product development and go-to-market experience, including an understanding of direct response digital advertisers in the U.S. and globally Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating innovative advertising experiences Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
