We’re looking for a talented Designer with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about using design to help make psychiatry and mental healthcare more accessible. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful, visually engaging work that reflects Talkiatry’s mission and values. You’ll be a key member of our creative team, collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to support a diverse array of projects.

We’re seeking a creative with a strong visual instinct and a knack for storytelling through design. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable balancing and supporting multiple simultaneous projects. • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for website layouts, email campaigns, social media content, digital advertisements, and everything in between.
• Actively contribute to creative brainstorms.
• Synthesize complex concepts around psychiatry and mental health into visually effective and understandable pieces of content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design strategies.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across digital channels.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines.
• Implement feedback and iterate on designs based on stakeholder input.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital design and user experience.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar collaborative design tool).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design best practices.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to create clean, engaging, and effective visual communications.
• 3-5 years of professional design experience.
• Great communication and a love for collaboration, balanced with the ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously and welcoming feedback.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques as needed.
