Overview
Oversee publication and maintenance of digital content across various channels and optimize content within our CMS and DAM platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance of content to engage target audience. The Digital Content Manager will work closely with the digital marketing strategist, business stakeholders, and product managers to plan and execute the development of content and CMS enhancements to meet the needs of the firm.Content Personalization:
Strategize and enable unique and targeted web experiences using specific data points to deliver tailored preferences and behaviors throughout a user's interaction with digital content.Content Governance:
Develop and implement content governance workflows and best practices based on existing policies and procedures to maintain quality and relevance of content.Information Architecture:
Is a subject matter expert in system and web content structure including navigation, information architecture, and taxonomy as a function of marketing technology to organize, utilize, and sustain the maintenance of content and assets efficiently within digital platforms.Web Accessibility:
Conduct content audits to ensure website changes comply with web content accessibility guidelines. Verbalize strategies based on findings with clear action items and next steps.Technical Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital marketing technology, CMS platforms, content automation, UX/UI, SEO, and accessibility standards, applying this knowledge to continuously enhance our marketing capabilities.Team Collaboration:
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and technology development teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus in content management, CMS optimization, preferably in financial services industry.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, technology, or related fieldProven experience in digital marketing, with a focus in content managementProficiency in CMS platformsStrong understanding of SEO principles and best practicesFamiliarity with web accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG)Excellent communications and collaboration skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCan self-solve when faced with an issueExceptional task management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Optimizely/Episerver CMS, SiteImprove, SEMrush, JIRA, Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics tools.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavascriptCertifications in digital marketing, SEO, or related fieldsAgile methodology, understanding of scrumAdaptable and flexible in changing prioritiesChange Management experience
