This position is responsible for acquiring new and managing existing partner relationships with community organizations in the US and Canada through the leadership of the Community Managed Partnership (CMP) team. Community organizations are defined by Operation Warm as large and small nonprofits and other organizations that have a tax exempt status.
This position has direct oversight and supervision of other roles on the Community Managed Partnership team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and inspire the team to generate revenue to meet and exceed annual individual and organizational fundraising goals Develop and own community partner outreach, growth and stewardship strategy in collaboration with VP Partnerships, fundraising directors and marketing Identify, measure and track KPIs for the team including but not limited to account retention, revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals Lead identification of new strategic CMP partners with shared values to help the team build a strong pipeline and develop new partner relationships Lead day-to-day partner management to ensure retention and growth by serving as a trusted advisor who shares insights and continually seeks opportunities for growth Maintain dialogue and understanding of trends in donor/partner needs and activities Incorporate AI tools and automated communications to improve efficiency while maintaining a high level of partner satisfaction Engage with high value partnerships to build trust Contribute meaningfully to monthly forecast and annual budgeting process Create and deliver engaging formal presentations to potential partners in small- and large- scale environments Develop and manage relationships with the executive team by providing regular updates and quarterly presentations Ensure team follows established outreach protocol for and accurately maintain all records in Salesforce Collaborate and coordinate with Operation Warm departments to ensure the execution of all obligations to partners Basic Job Qualifications
BA or BS undergraduate degree 7-10 years partner/account development or donor/client facing experience
Other Qualifications Proven experience working cross functionally and managing indirectly through influence and alignment 7+ years of outreach, successful sales and developing strong donor/partner relationships Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage external stakeholders. Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proactive, with a results-driven and problem-solving approach Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills Demonstrated experience creating dynamic and effective presentation decks Expertise with suite of Microsoft Office products Experience using Salesforce or other CRM Experience working in a Non-profit organization required Unwilling to accept any unethical conduct or outcomes that threaten the mission or values of Operation Warm Spanish language skills preferred Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada as needed (~20%)
