Partner with practice and industry leaders to develop and implement cross-disciplinary business development and marketing strategies that align with firmwide objectives. Client Engagement and Growth:
Lead initiatives to strengthen client relationships, drive cross-selling opportunities, and maximize revenue potential through targeted client service strategies. Market Positioning and Competitive Analysis:
Leverage industry insights to differentiate the firm’s services, identify high-impact opportunities, and enhance brand visibility through thought leadership, sponsorships, and client programs. Team Leadership and Development:
Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. Operational Excellence and Optimization:
Evaluate and refine marketing and business development processes, monitor key performance metrics, and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and impact. Credentials and Expertise: Educational Background:
A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or JD is a strong plus. Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of business development, marketing, or related experience, including at least four years of direct personnel management. Must have experience in a
litigation-focused role
with a strong understanding of
litigation processes, case strategies, and terminology. Highly collaborative, with the ability to manage up and work effectively with partners and executive leadership to align business development initiatives with firmwide goals. Proactive and analytical, with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and drive effective solutions while excelling in high-pressure situations.
