Senior Client Service Manager/Sr. Executive Recruiter at BGSF
BGSF has a very unique and exciting opportunity for a Communications Manager with outstanding leadership skills. This role will work alongside an incredible team in the non-profit sector, making a significant impact on higher education and technology.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior leadership to set strategic direction
- Build relationships and influence outcomes effectively
- Manage communication with internal and external resources
- Create and implement new marketing strategies
- Assist management with budgeting for marketing initiatives
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication
- 12+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven leadership and collaboration abilities
Experience in higher education in a senior development or communications role is preferred.
