Content Strategist
with experience developing strategies to reach audiences and grow brands across a range of sectors, including
pharma ,
CPG , and
OTC .
The world of health and wellness is shifting dramatically, and we're looking for a strategist who is excited to navigate what's coming next and help connect with diverse audiences across this space.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to continue to grow their strategic strengths, while exploring how to implement the world's best data and technology capabilities. Working across a portfolio of the world's leading CPG, OTC and wellness brands, you will be involved at every stage of the content experience.

Responsibilities Content Strategy Development : Assist in the creation and execution of content strategies for pharma, CPG, and OTC sectors, ensuring content meets business objectives and resonates with target audiences. Content Creation and Execution : Collaborate with creative teams to produce diverse types of content-such as articles, digital content, product guides, and more-that communicates key messages effectively. Audience Insights and Analysis : Understand the needs of various audiences (consumers, healthcare professionals, etc.) within pharma, CPG, and OTC to create content that speaks directly to them. You'll use research and data to inform content strategy decisions. Collaboration with Teams : Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, product, and regulatory teams, to ensure content aligns with business goals, brand guidelines, and compliance standards. Trend Awareness : Stay informed about current trends and best practices in health and wellness, and use that knowledge to shape content strategies that are relevant and impactful. Measure and Optimize : Track content performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content for better engagement and effectiveness. Qualifications
4-6 years
of experience in content strategy, including working on content for HCP audiences. Relevant experience in similar industries will also be considered. Familiarity with
healthcare compliance
and industry regulations (such as FDA or similar guidelines) is a plus but not required. Collaboration : Able to work well with cross-functional teams, balancing creativity with compliance and business objectives. Analytical mindset : Comfortable using data and performance metrics to inform and improve content strategy. Creative and proactive : A strong team player who is adaptable, willing to learn, and capable of handling multiple content projects at once. Strong communication skills : Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively to different audience types.
