Job Description:
Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single family real estate. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $70MM per month. DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
The Creative Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by designing and delivering high-quality creative assets across multiple channels. This position combines creativity, organization, and communication skills to produce social media content, marketing collateral, email campaigns, event materials, and branded documents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in design tools, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.

In This Role You Will:
Design visually engaging materials for social media, flyers, trade show booths, training videos, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
Develop templates and branded assets for internal and external documents
Collaborate with team members to create multimedia content (print, digital, and video)
Design engaging internal communication materials such as flyers and posts for Wanido, the company engagement hub
Develop, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and make recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance audience engagement
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity
Update and refine existing materials to reflect current branding
Manage the planning, production, and delivery of creative assets for training videos, campaigns, and events
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely project execution
Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing based on results
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing strategies
Design and oversee the production of promotional items, signage, and booth designs for events and trade shows
Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and marketing materials
Track and report on project progress and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
Manage the approval process for marketing and communication materials with the legal team to ensure compliance with industry laws, regulations, and standards

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a creative or marketing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and marketing materials
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other design tools
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo) and social media tools (e.g., Loomly, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of basic video editing tools is a plus
