Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Writer located in the Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Automotive Service Writer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as phone etiquette, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, utilizing computer literacy, and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Computer Literacy skills
- Experience in automotive industry or mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
