About the Role:
We are hiring a strategic and experienced Senior B2B Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Babbel for Business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that engages our target audience and drives significant business growth. You will leverage your extensive expertise in both short- and long-form writing, SEO optimization, and social media management to enhance our brand presence and influence high-quality account acquisition. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with a proven track record of utilizing AI tools to streamline content creation and ensure our strategies align with the latest industry trends. This position reports to our Head of B2B Marketing, Americas.
This position is located in NYC and requires a minimum of 3 days/week in office.
You will:
- Lead the production of high-quality content across various formats, including eBooks, blog posts, case studies, infographics, video scripts, and social media posts.
- Spearhead the utilization of AI technologies to enhance content creation processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with our Website team to develop and implement SEO strategies tailored for the US market to increase organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- Oversee and optimize organic content on LinkedIn and other platforms to effectively engage our audience and promote our brand.
- Coordinate the translation and localization of content, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the B2B business to create impactful thought leadership content and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Communicate content updates and strategies to Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and equipped to leverage content assets effectively.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of content marketing experience, with a focus on B2B strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI for content creation and optimization.
- Strong expertise in SEO strategy and implementation.
- Experience with organic social strategy, primarily using LinkedIn, with a track record of successful engagement metrics.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Salary Information:
- In New York City, the reasonable annualized full-time salary for this role is $100,000-$120,000 placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
