May 19th What can an Experience Design Intern at Florida Blue expect? Assist in conducting user research to inform design decisions Collaborate with designers to develop visual design concepts and prototypes Participate in ideation workshops and design sprints to develop innovative solutions Assist in creating user interface designs and information architecture for digital products Develop and maintain design documentation, including design specifications and style guides Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing Produce deliverables that meet the goals of the team, including design prototypes, user flows, and design specifications Present design work and ideas to the team and stakeholders
Required Skills: Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a college or university pursuing a undergraduate degree in User Experience, Design, Human Factors, or a related field Must have and maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) or better at the time of application, throughout the application process, and for the duration of the internship program. Knowledge of user experience principles and human-centered design approaches Working knowledge of design software programs, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Passion for creating user-centered designs that meet business goals
